About this treatment
These treatments are not a substitute for weight loss; they target stubborn local fat that resists diet and exercise. Carboxytherapy injects carbon dioxide to stimulate circulation and fat breakdown, lipolytic injections shrink fat cells in the area, and body HIFU tightens the skin at the same time. After lipolytic injections, temporary swelling, redness or numbness is normal and usually settles over a few days (occasionally a few weeks). Typically 3–6 sessions about 4 weeks apart are needed; your plan is set after examination.

Aftercare
Do
- Use sunscreen daily, especially after plasma jet.
- Drink plenty of water — it helps clearance after HIFU and contouring.
- Let plasma-jet scabs fall off on their own.
Avoid
- Don’t pick scabs or peeling skin.
- No sauna, pool or hot water for a week.
- No strenuous exercise for 24 hours after carboxytherapy or lipolytics.
- No make-up over a plasma-jet area until it has healed.
Common questions
Will the fat come back?
If your weight stays stable the result lasts; if you gain weight, the remaining fat cells enlarge again.
When will I see results?
