Aftercare
Do
- Use a cold compress wrapped in clean cloth for swelling (10 minutes at a time).
- Drink plenty of water.
- Sleep with your head slightly raised the first night.
- Call the clinic immediately if you notice severe pain, blanching or skin discolouration.
Avoid
- No make-up on treated areas for 24 hours.
- Avoid sauna, hot baths and strong sun for two weeks.
- No strenuous exercise for 48 hours.
- Avoid dental work for two weeks (especially after lip filler).
