Do

Use sunscreen daily, especially after plasma jet.
Drink plenty of water — it helps clearance after HIFU and contouring.
Let plasma-jet scabs fall off on their own.

Avoid

Don’t pick scabs or peeling skin.
No sauna, pool or hot water for a week.
No strenuous exercise for 24 hours after carboxytherapy or lipolytics.
No make-up over a plasma-jet area until it has healed.
